Aleena brings more than seven years of experience in higher education, with specializations in student services, financial aid, and admissions. In June 2022, she joined the Part-Time MBA team, serving as the assistant director of admissions & recruitment.

Prior to Ross, Aleena worked at the University of Toronto, gaining valuable experience in enhancing student engagement and success. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Windsor. Outside of work, Aleena enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new restaurants, and attempting new dinner recipes.
