One of the most important parts of your job search is knowing how to get where you want to be. Starting at the beginning of the program and continuing throughout, work with our experienced CDO staff and second-year MBA peer coaches to develop a personalized job search plan that will help you land a job in your field.

During the fall, stay on track with recruiting and networking by joining one of our Functional Accountability Career Teams, also known as FACT groups. Organized by career interest, these peer groups, guided by second-year MBA coaches, offer targeted support and insights to help you navigate the recruiting process in your chosen field.

Interest-Specific Career Treks

Starting in the fall, get an up-close, in-person look at the fields and roles you’re interested in by traveling to meet with companies and recruiters on-site. Join CDO and student clubs on these trips, called Career Treks, throughout the year and all across the country. Whether you're interested in technology, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, banking, or any other industry, there's likely a Trek designed to connect you with companies and recruiters in your field.
